Ugo Bing winery, located in Fiano, bases its ideology on two factors: the land and the family. The Bing Family have run the winery for more than 30 years. Inspired by an authentic passion, Ugo compares, in the vineyard and in the cellar, tradition and research. Their maniacal care for the raw material and the production process result in high quality wines.

Tasting notes and aromas: fresh fruity and well fused with wood notes. Balanced, intense and very soft , very long and savory

Grapes: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino

Colour: intense ruby red

Harvesting and vinification: traditional vinification with remontages carried out for 7 to 9 days. The wine is aged for 30% in cement tanks and the 70% left in barriques. It stays 4 months in the bottles before selling.
