Fianesco, IGT, Ugo Bing Fattoria di Fiano

Ugo Bing winery, located in Fiano, bases its ideology on two factors: the land and the family. The Bing Family have run the winery for more than 30 years. Inspired by an authentic passion, Ugo compares, in the vineyard and in the cellar, tradition and research. Their maniacal care for the raw material and the production process result in high quality wines.

Aromas: Variegated and complex : notes plum, with floral notes of elderberry, with spicy vanilla and bitter cocoa

Taste: Austere, warm and enveloping, with a great balance taste/ smell; of extreme length and persistence.

Grapes: Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah

Colour: intense ruby red with purple reflections

Harvesting and vinification: traditional vinification with remontages carried out for 9 to 12 days. Racking in barrels of 27 hl and malolactic; aging in barriques of first and second passage for 12 – 15 months. It stays 10 months in the bottles before selling.
