The winery is part of the farm owned by the Tinacci family since the early 90’s. In 2015, the middle son Giulio decided to dedicate himself to the vineyards of the estate.
He started by working with the existing older vines, but also planted some new ones, rigorously indigenous varieties, and now has a total of 5 hectares of vineyards.
Grapes: 80% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo and 5% Colorino
Colour: clear and ruby
Harvesting and vinification: Manual harvesting in crates. Vinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration for about 14 days, maturation for 12 months in steel and several months of aging bottle.
Aromas and taste: The olfactory impact opens with pleasant floral hints of iris and lavender and then gives way to fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry, closure with hints of cut grass and tomato leaf.
