In 1990, Franco and Sonia managed to realize their dream of leaving the city and returning to the family home to continue the family production of wine and olive oil. Immediately they convert to organic farming, respecting the environment and for a better quality of wine and olive oil.
Their son Daniele, who has studied enology at the university, takes care of the vineyard and the olive trees.
Located in the heart of Florentine Chianti, between the towns of Tavarnelle and San Casciano Val di Pesa, the farm covers 13 hectares, of which 3.5 hectares of vineyards, 4.5 of olive groves and 5 of woods cherries, alders and walnuts.
