The winery is part of the farm owned by the Tinacci family since the early 90’s. In 2015, the middle son Giulio decided to dedicate himself to the vineyards of the estate.
He started by working with the existing older vines, but also planted some new ones, rigorously indigenous varieties, and now has a total of 5 hectares of vineyards.
Grapes: Fogliatonda, Canaiolo, Colorino and Sangiovese
Harvesting and vinification: Manual harvesting in crates. Vinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration for about 10-12 days, maturation for 12 months in steel and some months of aging bottle.
Aromas and taste: Fruity and floral to the nose, extremely soft and drinkable in the mouth
Pairing: Great pair to meals and aperitive. A perfect match with fava beans an pecorino cheese
