Perlage’s story began in 1985, when the 7 Nardi brothers, father Tiziano and mother Afra, decided to start the adventure of agriculture and organic viticulture, starting from a small vineyard in the heart of Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Today, this winery is one of the most renowned producers of organic, biodynamic and vegan wine in Veneto.
Perlage’s attention to sustainability in viticulture covers the entire production process, from the choice of the most suitable soil to that of the individual vine. Environmental sustainability that is carried out with extreme care in every agronomic practice on the vineyards, in all stages of winemaking and conservation, up to the sale of wine to the taster.
Made with 100% Pinot Grigio, white wine

Taste: tropical fruit, melon, banana and a slight hint of honey, acidulous ,with good structure and finesse, persistent
Pairing: it goes very well with appetizers, risottos and first courses based on wild herbs.
