Rosso Ema, IGT Rosso Toscano, Podere Ema winery

Podere Ema is located on one of the most suggestive “strade del vino” in Tuscany. This winery was born from the desire to transmit years of passion, love and experience for Tuscan wine.
Their wines are produced only with native grapes in order to highlight the thought of “pure Tuscan”.

Tasting notes: medium structure, soft with gentle mineral finish

Grapes: Sangiovese and other native grapes

Colour: medium intensity ruby red

Harvesting and vinification: The wine is vinified for 15 days in steel, refined 10 months and then 8 month in the bottles.
